There are many options when we need to remove Sargassum at sea. At Nutrissum we work in association with local partners to ensure that Sargassum is remove at the right time.
By installing barriers offshore we avoid getting Sargassum on the beach and we can collect it when the quantity justify it. This ensure that the Sargassum collected is always fresh.
Either with large boats made especially for this purpose or with small boat equiped with nets and other equipement to collect it in shallow water.
Once collected it is very important to use the correct techniques to dry the Sargassum to prevent then from withering away.
